Refunds will only be considered in cases of accidental double payments for the same product and version. If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a duplicate payment, please contact our customer support team with your purchase details for assistance.
If you encounter any technical issues or feel the product is not the best fit for your needs, we encourage you to reach out to our support team. Our team is happy to provide advice and guidance on audio equipment you could improve on your end or to help you tweak the product for optimal results. If you'd like to exchange the product/s instead, we will allow a one time exchange, but no more.
